Yamaha just presented its new motorcycle for the 2017 MotoGp season and their partly new team. Partly because they have a new rider, Maverick Vinales, who made a great season last year on the Suzuki. The rest of the team remains unchanged like the mechanics and the other rider, the one who contributed the most to the development of the M1, Valentino Rossi. A story started 13 years ago in Welkom, South Africa, with an incredible victory against Honda and Max Biaggi.
The new features of the motorcycle are made through progress but there is one dictated by a new rule. The winglets are forbidden now, so the manufactures have to improve the design and shape of the actual body.
Although we have to be patient for several weeks to see them in action the question is: how competitive will Vinales be? And will Rossi be able to get the 10th title?
